Should there be any obvious imperfections, rest assured they will be transparently documented. We photograph or note these notable signs of wear in our product descriptions, ensuring full transparency for our customers.

Steam Treatment: Our dresses undergo gentle steam treatment to refresh the fabric and eliminate wrinkles and odors while preserving their original charm.
Cleaning for Delicate Pieces: For items requiring more intensive cleaning, we hand wash or dry clean them using methods suitable for delicate fabrics to ensure they're treated with the utmost care.
Customer's Choice: We encourage you to customize the cleaning process according to your preferences and sensitivities by washing items again using your preferred methods and products.

A G R E E M E N T S

All Sales Final: Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly review product details and ask any questions before completing your purchase.
International Customs/Duty Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty charges associated with international orders. Buyers must comply with their country's import/export regulations. Please ensure you're aware of any restrictions or requirements before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Once the package is with the shipping carrier, we're not liable for any lost or damaged items. We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and insurance for added security.
Non-Collected Items: If an item is returned due to non-collection, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and customs fees cannot be reimbursed in such cases.
