International Shipping
I’m so excited to send a piece of Dearly Vintage to your corner of the world! I ship internationally to many countries. During checkout, you can select your destination to view available shipping options:

First Class Mail International: A budget-friendly choice for packages under 4 lbs and valued under $400. (Please note: this option doesn’t include full tracking once it leaves the U.S.)

Priority Mail International: A reliable option with tracking and $200 of insurance included. Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days, though customs can sometimes cause delays
- DHL: For faster delivery, DHL offers a premium service with door-to-door tracking and quicker transit times (typically 3-7 business days depending on the destination). Please note that DHL may charge a brokerage fee for customs clearance, which is the responsibility of the recipient.
A quick note about customs:
Customs processing times vary, and while I wish I could speed things up, this is out of my hands. Any duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer, and these charges (as well as shipping fees) are nonrefundable.
Shipping Status & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
At Dearly Vintage, I take great care in ensuring your order is packed securely, but once it leaves my hands and is in the care of the courier, I cannot be responsible for delays, losses, or damages. However, if you’ve added the insured package option at checkout, I’m happy to help guide you through the claims process.
For Insured Packages:
- Lost packages: Claims for lost packages can be filed after 20 calendar days for domestic shipments and 40 calendar days for international shipments.
- Damaged packages: You can file a claim immediately if your package arrives damaged. Please ensure to keep all packaging and photos of the damage, as they may be required for the claim.
For Uninsured Packages:
If you did not opt for the insured package, you may still be eligible to file a claim with USPS, which typically covers up to $100 for lost or damaged items, depending on the shipping service used. Please check USPS’s terms for more details.
